Love this app! Bought it for my wife and she was tremendously impressed with the quality and in-depth instruction of the exercises. Very user-friendly! Easy to navigate and the ability to track your progress is a great feature. Lots of exercises with videos and instruction of each one. Took quite a while to download but after seeing how many videos there are it was understandable. Guys, this app makes a great gift to your wife. The benefits of having her feel better and feel better about herself during the pregnancy are definitely worth the price of this app.
