The exercises are demonstrated on video so theyre easy to do correctly. I also like how there are different degrees of difficulty so I can change it up depending on how Im feeling. Doing these exercises & stretches has helped my back pain. My legs, arms, butt, & even my abs feel stronger. This is exactly what Ive been looking for!! This app is much cheaper than my physical therapy co-pay & I dnt have to leave home to do it. Thank you! I feel better about my body & have more energy. Now that I have the tools, Im motivated now more than ever to be able to safely get the weight off after I give birth.
